Sportsperson of the Half Term is Matthew in 4D for his positive attitude towards sport this term. He always works hard to improve in P.E. and is always happy to help others. He has taken part in cricket club and cross country tournaments.

The School Council met with designers from Kompan to discuss their ideas for new play equipment. Our visitors were very impressed with the children’s ideas and their enthusiasm for the project. They had some thoughtful ideas for making sure the equipment was interesting to all age groups at the school and gave careful consideration to health and safety! Personally, I think a bit of ‘safe danger’ is a good thing, but I have a feeling I might be overruled by the children of the School Council!

 

A huge thank you to Mrs Coulson and our kitchen team (led by Mrs Parry) for a fabulous Chinese meal on Tuesday. Mrs Coulson laid on chopsticks, fortune cookies and rice crackers, making the lunch a very special occasion.
