OSCAHS Ltd are a well established private childcare provider based within seven schools across Surrey and West Sussex. We are very proud to be part of the Yattendon experience and work closely with the school community to provide a flexible childcare service to parents.


Breakfast Club opens at 7.30am and the After School Club closes at 6pm.

Recent surveys show that childcare costs continue to increase for the average family. In some areas in the South-East, child-minders are charging up to £10.00 an hour! This shows that, not only do OSCAHS provide high quality childcare we are also excellent value for money.

What will my child do at OSCAHS?

OSCAHS ethos is based on Playwork Principles, which encourage children to learn through a variety of Play opportunities. This may include a selection of board games, art & craft, group games and physical activities both in the playground and in The OSCAHS Room, role-play and lots more.


What will my child have to eat?

Breakfast is served up from 7.30 to 8.15. Please ensure your child arrives in time for breakfast.
Breakfast Club Menu:
· Choice of breakfast cereals
· Toast / Waffles / Brioche / Cereal / Crumpets
· Water, milk and fruit juice

We offer a healthy snack at our After School Club during session which may include:

· Choice of Fresh Tiger Bread/Sliced Bread/Wraps/Thins/Crackers/ Malt loaf and Pitta Squares. This is served along with a selection of Chicken roll, cheese, Fresh veg, such as peppers and cucumbers.
· Also a variety of spreads on occasions
· Variety of Fresh fruits everyday
· Water available throughout the session

It is important to advise OSCAHS when completing the registration pack if your child has any food allergies or intolerances so that we can incorporate this into our menu. Please note OSCAHS is a nut free club.


How do I register?

Please contact our Operations Director for a registration pack. This must be completed and returned with the correct registration fee. Once this has been received, your child will be entered onto our database system and Jenny will confirm availability via email. Please ensure email addresses are written clearly.


How do I make payment?

Regular booked sessions will be invoiced by Luke on the fifteenth of the preceding month, with payment due within fourteen days, giving you two weeks to make payment. Please remember, if school holiday falls on the payment due date, payment for term time bookings is still due.

Ad-hoc bookings will be invoiced on the day of the booking and payment is due on the day your child attends. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or via online banking. We also welcome a number of childcare vouchers as well as Tax-Free Childcare scheme. Please speak to Michelle, Club Manager, for more details on voucher schemes we are registered with. Your child's place may be at risk if our payment terms are not met.


What experience/qualifications do staff hold?

All OSCAHS staff have a clear DBS check. All senior staff are qualified in childcare to at least NVQ Level 2 and hold a minimum of two years’ experience. As well as ensuring that we have a qualified first aider at each session, staff also hold certificates in Safeguarding, Food Hygiene and Behaviour Management. Staff are given annual appraisals where any training needs are identified. We always encourage staff to undertake additional training and welcome specific areas of expertise – such as Sports coaching, art n craft, Special Needs and so on.

Holiday Club

We operate a Holiday Club at Meath Green Infant School, Kiln Lane, Horley, RH6 8JG.  Our Holiday Club is for 4-11 year olds and is open from 8am to 6pm, with breakfast and afternoon snacks included.  A Half-Day session is £18.00 per child and a Full-Day session is £30.00 per child.  Discounts for siblings and Weekly Saver Deals available.
