The Six Principles of Nurture at Yattendon
Yattendon is proud to be part of the National Nurturing Schools Programme. The programme is based on the Six Principles of Nurture which are proven to help foster a positive learning environment where pupils can thrive. As part of the programme our teachers are being trained to focus on the social and emotional needs and development, as well as the academic learning of all pupils, and to embed the Six Principles of Nurture throughout the policies and practices of a school.
