# In the event of bad weather, instead of cancelling outdoor clubs, we will run an indoor activity, or watch some kind of training video. However, we would still ask parents / carers to check the Clubs Hotline Number (01293 430047) after 2 o’clock as clubs sometimes have to be cancelled at short notice due to staff sickness etc.

# We sometimes put further information about clubs on the notice board by the school gates – please check from time to time.

# With residential visits and other special events happening this term, there will be occasions when clubs have to be cancelled. Messages will be put onto clubs hotline and children will be informed in class or assemblies.

* - These clubs are run by an outside organisation and a fee is required, please collect a form from the office for further details.

* - NB. These clubs are not covered by our CLUBS HOTLINE.
